Really good Service and Convenient Location

excellent service room upgrade helpful assistance

I found the location quite accessible to public transportation. The staff provided excellent service . Muna particularly helped with directions and even upgraded my room. This significantly improved my visit. I also appreciate Mohammed and Abdullah's kind service and assistance. They enhanced my experience.

The elevator was quite small, barely accommodating two people with luggage.

The hotel is located a short walk from Pazartekke metro station. This allows easy city travel. I found the front desk team to be friendly and cute. They offered tea and water upon arrival. It was a nice gesture.

small elevator missing handrails

The hotel is close to the tram station. It is a five-minute walk. the location is useful.

The single elevator is very small. Four people with luggage barely fit. this required two trips during peak times. the stairs do not have handrails.

basic breakfast annoying noise

The breakfast was disappointing. It felt quite basic for a four-star hotel. I thought that they could offer a better variety and quality of food. there was a strange noise that sounded like a big ventilation system when I turned on the light in my room, it was a really annoying noise , made it hard for me to relax. I didn't like that at all.
